Hero bonuses: some characters’ hero bonuses give max health to the whole community. (To get 12 characters, first recruit 9, then when brewer, auto mechanic or soldier enclaves show up, cancel their enclave project and recruit all 3 npcs) Nutrition (cooking), sewing, and hygiene give +10 max community health, and an additional benefit. Skills: you can have 12 survivors total, and every one of them with surgery (medicine) gives +20 max health to the community. Backpacking (cardio) and discipline (wits) give the most stamina. Specializations: endurance (fighting) gives the most health. Traits: immortal, hard to kill, and unbreakable all give +45 health. With these methods you can reach around 500-600 health. I am trying to find ways to boost survivor health and stamina as high as possible without cheating.
